不同改良剂对土壤中Cd生物有效性的影响研究

摘要 土壤重金属镉污染在危害环境的同时,也威胁人体健康。为治理镉污染土壤,选取豫北某冶炼厂周边镉污染土壤,通过室内培养试验,在施用1.5 g/kg不同肥料条件下,探讨钙镁磷肥、羊粪和鸡粪对污染土壤中Cd有效性的影响。结果表明,改良剂的施用可影响土壤理化性质。与对照处理相比,施用钙镁磷肥改良剂降低了土壤pH值,提高了土壤电导率和阳离子交换量;与钙镁磷肥相比,鸡粪和羊粪改良剂的施用提高了土壤有机质含量。施用鸡粪和羊粪改良剂能使土壤Cd的TCLP提取态含量分别降低3.9%、11.6%;而在钙镁磷肥施用条件下,Cd的TCLP提取态提高9.3%。 Cadmium contaminated soil have harmed to the environment. In order to control Cd contaminated soil, three amendments(calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, sheep manure and chicken manure, respectively) were applied to the soil. The effect of the amendments on soil properties and Cd bioavailability by a laboratory experiment were investigated. The results showed that application of amendments affected soil properties. Compared with the control, the application of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer reduced soil pH, but increased soil EC and CEC. Compared with calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, the application of chicken manure and sheep manure increased soil organic matter content. Soil Cd content of TCLP reduced by 3.9% and 11.6% by applying chicken manure and sheep manure amendments, whereas the bioavailability of Cd increased by 9.3% under the application of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer.
