“互联网+”思维下高校图书馆服务转型升级研究

Research on the service transformation and upgrading of university library under the thinking of “Internet +”

当前互联网的快速发展给高校图书馆发展提出了新的挑战。高校图书馆存在着如下不足:信息化水平低,更新滞后;服务方式和服务途径单一;人员整体素质需要提升;发展受阻,转型困难。文章从“互联网+”思维的概念和特点入手,为高校图书馆服务转型升级提出了以下4个方面的建议:一是从被动提供资源向主动提供服务转变;二是从提供传统馆藏资源向电子信息资源转变;三是从为个体服务向为传统大众群体服务转变;四是从提供人工咨询向指导网络操作转变,并进一步为图书馆健康可持续发展提出相关建议。

At present, the rapid development of the Internet has posed new challenges to the development of university libraries. The university library has the following shortcomings: the information level is low, and the update lags behind;single service mode and service approach;the overall quality of personnel needs to be improved;development is blocked and transformation is difficult. Starting with the concept and characteristics of “Internet +” thinking, this paper puts forward the following four suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of university library services: first, from passive provision of resources to active provision of services;second, from providing traditional collection resources to electronic information resources;third, from serving individuals to serving traditional mass groups;fourth, change from providing manual consultation to guide network operation, and further put forward relevant suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of the library.
