摘要
为进一步深挖节能降耗潜力,实现凝结水泵深度变频,某电厂对给水泵密封水系统进行升级改造,选择进行给水泵密封水与凝泵耦合策略。改造后的实际运行过程,确实有效降低了厂用电率,但同时也带来新的问题。文章以问题入手,探索一种基于给水泵密封水与凝结水解耦策略,达到安全性与经济性兼顾的目的。
In order to further tap the potential of energy conservation and consumption reduction and realize the deep frequency conversion of condensate pump, a power plant upgraded the seal water system of feed pump and selected the coupling strategy of feed pump seal water and condensate pump. In the actual operation process after the transformation, the auxiliary power consumption rate is indeed effectively reduced, but it also brings new problems. Starting with the problems, this paper explores a coupling strategy based on the sealing water of feed pump and condensation hydrolysis, so as to achieve the purpose of both safety and economy.
