西南地区文旅融合发展的时空分异及优化研究

Research on the Temporal and Spatial Differentiation and Optimization of the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in Southwest China

文旅融合发展是促进资源有效配置,优化产业布局,推动区域经济高质量发展的重要举措。从产业规模、产业效应两个方面构建文化产业与旅游产业发展评价指标体系,建立耦合协调度模型,对西南地区5省市2010-2019年文旅融合发展水平进行测度,并提出优化策略。研究表明,2010-2019年5省市文化产业和旅游产业综合发展水平总体上呈增长趋势,旅游产业发展整体上滞后于文化产业的发展,且两大产业综合发展水平空间差异较大;5省市文旅产业的耦合协调发展总体上呈上升趋势,由中度失调发展到初级协调状态,且耦合协调度存在着显著的地域差异,随着时间的发展协调度省际差异有缩小趋势;基于此,提出培养品牌文旅产品、强化政府引导、整合区域资源等优化策略。

The integrated development of culture and tourism is an inevitable trend of the development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry,and an important measure to deepen the tourism experience and promote the activation and utilization of cultural re-sources.This article constructs the development evaluation index system of cultural industry and tourism industry from two aspects of in-put factors and industrial performance,establishes a coupling coordination model,measures the coupling and coordinated development level of cultural tourism industry from 2010-2019 in 5 provinces and cities in southwest ethnic region,and puts forward the optimization strategy.From 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive development level of the cultural industry and tourism industry in the five provinces and cities has shown an overall growth trend.The development of the tourism industry as a whole lags behind the development of the cultural industry,and the comprehensive development level of the two industries has a large spatial difference.The coupled coordinated develop-ment of cultural and tourism industry in 5 provinces and cities is on the rise,developing from the moderate imbalance to the primary coor-dination state,and there are significant regional differences in the coupling coordination degree,and the difference in the coordination degree at the provincial level is narrowing with the development of time.Based on this,this paper proposes optimization strategies such as cultivating branded cultural tourism products,strengthening government guidance,and integrating regional resources.
