贵州高等教育不平衡不充分发展的主要表现及对策研究

Research on the Main Manifestations and Countermeasures of the Unbalanced and Insufficient Development of Higher Education in Guizhou Province

为了分析贵州高等教育不平衡不充分发展的问题,采用《贵州统计年鉴》和全国教育经费执行情况统计公告等相关数据,从高等教育经费投入、毛入学率、师资队伍结构、学科专业设置等方面进行分析。结果表明:贵州高等教育经费投入、毛入学率、师资队伍结构和数量均低于全国平均水平,且存在学科专业设置不合理等问题。鉴于此,结合贵州高等教育实际情况,提出树立科学发展观、调整优化高等学校学科布局,建立稳定、素质高的高校师资队伍,缩短高校人才培养与市场需求之间差距等对策。

In order to analyze the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development of higher education in Guizhou,the statis-tical yearbook of Guizhou and the statistical announcement of the implementation of national education funds and other relevant data,are used to analyze the investment in higher education funds,the gross enrollment rate,structure of teaching staff,disciplines and spe-cialties,etc.The results show that the investment in higher education,the gross enrollment rate,the structure and quantity of teaching staff are all lower than the national average level,and there are some problems such as unreasonable disciplines and specialties.Com-bined with the actual situation of higher education in Guizhou,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures,such as setting up a scientific development concept,adjusting and optimizing the discipline layout of colleges and universities,establishing a stable and high-quality faculty,and shortening the gap between talent cultivation in colleges and universities and market demand.
