胺碘酮在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中的效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Amiodarone in the Rescue of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:分析在抢救急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中胺碘酮对睡眠质量的效果及影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月禹城市中医院收治的AMI患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用美托洛尔抢救,观察组采用胺碘酮抢救。比较2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)变化、心功能分级及不良反应发生率。结果:2组统计比较治疗后PSQI评分的数据资料后以观察组结果更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组统计比较心功能分级的数据资料后以观察组结果更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组统计比较不良反应发生率的数据资料后以观察组结果更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在抢救AMI患者中胺碘酮的效果显著,即可改善患者睡眠质量及心功能,且不良反应少,疗效可靠、安全,可做进一步借鉴研究。

Objective:To analyze the effect and influence of amiodarone on sleep quality in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 60 patients with AMI treated in Yucheng Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone.The changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the classification of cardiac function and the incidence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After statistical comparison of PSQI scores between the two groups,the results of the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After comparing the data of cardiac function classification between the two groups,the results of the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparing the data of the incidence of side effects between the two groups,the results of the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone has a significant effect in rescuing AMI patients,which can improve the sleep quality and cardiac function of patients,and has few side effects.The curative effect is reliable and safe,which can be used for further reference.
