早期康复护理对老年脑梗死患者的效果及对其睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察早期康复护理对老年脑梗死患者的应用效果及其睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年3月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的老年脑梗死患者62例作为研究对象,按照“双色球自由抽取法”随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组实施早期康复护理,比较2组患者护理前后的睡眠质量、护理满意度、日常生活能力及生命质量评分、治疗依从率。结果:观察组患者护理后的睡眠质量改善程度、护理满意度、日常生活能力、生命质量评分分值与治疗总依从率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理可显著提高其睡眠质量、护理满意度及治疗依从率,改善预后,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and the effect of improving sleep quality.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with cerebral infarction treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the“two color ball free extraction method”,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The sleep quality,nursing satisfaction,ability of daily living,quality of life score and treatment compliance rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement degree of sleep quality,nursing satisfaction,daily living ability,quality of life score and total treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation nursing to elderly patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve their sleep quality,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance rate,and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of promotion.
