观察右佐匹克隆对阿尔茨海默病患者睡眠障碍改善的效果

To Observe the Effect of Dexzopiclone on Sleep Disturbance in Senile Dementia Patients

目的:观察右佐匹克隆对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者睡眠障碍的改善效果。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年6月河北医科大学第三医院收治的AD患者160例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组的患者给予口服右佐匹克隆进行治疗,对照组的患者采用口服阿普唑仑片进行治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)对2组患者的睡眠质量进行评分,比较2组患者睡眠障碍改善总有效率,同时对2组患者睡眠质量进行评定;采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者干预前后抑郁、焦虑的改善情况。结果:在治疗后第2周、第4周,观察组患者睡眠障碍改善总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组患者睡眠质量评定优于对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用右佐匹克隆对存在睡眠障碍的AD患者进行治疗,能显著改善患者睡眠障碍,提高睡眠质量,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of dexzopiclone on sleep disturbance in senile dementia patients.Methods:A total of 160 patients with senile dementia admitted to the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 80 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with oral dexzopiclone,and patients in the control group were treated with oral alprazolam tablets.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of patients between the 2 groups.The total effective rate of sleep disorder improvement was compared between the 2 groups,and the sleep quality of the two groups was evaluated.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of depression and Anxiety in 2 groups before and after intervention.Results:In the second and fourth weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of sleep disorder improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the evaluation of sleep quality in the observation group was better than the control group,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The use of dexzopiclone in the treatment of senile dementia patients with sleep disorders can significantly improve the sleep disorders,improve sleep quality,improve anxiety and depression,worthy of clinical application.
