分析循证护理对老年冠心病患者焦虑抑郁和睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing on Anxiety,Depression and Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析循证护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年4月德州陵城区人民医院收治的老年冠心病患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组及观察组分别施以常规护理及循证护理,观察患者护理满意度及睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁情绪、生命质量。结果:观察组患者护理满意度为98%,对照组患者护理满意度为82%,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,组间焦虑及抑郁情绪比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预前,组间匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者施以循证护理,有利于提升临床护理质量,改善患者生命质量及睡眠质量,提升护理满意度,缓解患者负性情绪。

Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on sleep quality,anxiety and depression in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in Lingcheng District People′s Hospital of Dezhou from December 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and evidence-based nursing respectively,and the nursing satisfaction,sleep quality,anxiety,depression and quality of life were observed.Results:The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98%,and that of patients in the control group was 82%.The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression between the groups(P s>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores between the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease is helpful to improve the quality of clinical nursing,improve the quality of life and sleep,improve nursing satisfaction and alleviate the negative emotion of patients.
