强化疼痛护理在改善急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛评分及睡眠质量方面的价值

The Value of Intensive Pain Care in Improving Pain Score and Sleep Quality in Emergency Orthopaedic Trauma Patients

目的:为了探讨强化疼痛护理在改善急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛评分及睡眠质量方面的价值。方法:选取2020年12月至2021年5月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的急诊创伤骨科患者112例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用常规疼痛护理模式进行干预,观察组采用强化疼痛护理模式进行干预。结果:在进行相应的护理干预后,观察组患者疼痛评分为(3.52±0.87)分,睡眠质量评分为(6.22±0.23)分,用药率为48.21%,明显低于对照组;同时观察组患者对护理的满意度为94.64%,明显高于对照组的80.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化疼痛护理可以有效缓解急诊创伤骨科患者的疼痛程度,降低镇痛药物的用药率,改善患者的睡眠质量,同时明显提高了患者对护理的满意程度,值得在临床护理中推广。

Objective:To explore the value of intensive pain care in improving the pain score and sleep quality of emergency orthopaedic trauma patients.Methods:A total of 112 emergency trauma and orthopedic patients admitted to Bengbu Third People′s Hospital from December,2020 to May 2,2021 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group used the usual pain care model,and the observation group used the intensive pain care model.Results:After the corresponding nursing intervention,the pain score of patients in the study group was(3.52±0.87)points,the sleep quality score was(6.22±0.23)points,the medication rate was 48.21%,significantly lower than the control group;At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 94.64%,significantly higher than the control group 80.36%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive pain nursing can effectively relieve the pain degree of emergency orthopaedic trauma patients,reduce the rate of analgesic drugs,improve the quality of sleep of patients,and significantly improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
