转移性脑肿瘤患者放疗护理中临床路径的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Application of Clinical Pathway in Radiotherapy Nursing of Patients with Metastatic Brain Tumor and Its Influence on Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探究转移性脑肿瘤患者放疗护理中临床路径的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的转移性脑肿瘤行放疗的患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组应用常规放疗护理,观察组应用临床护理路径,观察2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS),视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的PSQI评分中各项因子显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SAS,SDS,VAS评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度91.11%高于对照组患者满意度71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在转移性脑肿瘤的放疗护理过程中应用临床护理路径,可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量,改善患者不良情绪,让患者更加满意此次护理服务,值得临床实践推广。

Objective:To explore the application of clinical pathway in radiotherapy nursing of patients with metastatic brain tumor and its influence on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 90 patients with metastatic brain tumors treated by radiotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine radiotherapy nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results:The PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 91.11%higher than 71.11%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway in the process of radiotherapy nursing for metastatic brain tumors can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce the negative emotions of patients,and make patients more satisfied with this nursing service,which is worthy of clinical practice promotion.
