舒适护理干预对重症监护室患者睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Comfort Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的:观察舒适护理对重症监护室患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取在蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的重症监护室患者300例作为研究对象,分为观察组(n=145)和对照组(n=155)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上增加舒适护理,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,2组患者SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均降低,观察组患者SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者疾病复发率为17.24%,对照组患者疾病复发率为35.48%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以更好地改善重症监护室患者不良情绪,提高其睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of comfort nursing on sleep quality of ICU patients.Methods:300 cases of ICU patients in Bengbu Third People′s Hospital were selected for analysis,and then these patients were divided into observation group(n=145)and control group(n=155).The observation group in the control group on the basis of the program,and then comfort care,for the control group to take routine nursing intervention.Results:The two groups were compared in the degree of improvement,the differences were significant(P<0.05),the observation group in quality of life and nursing quality scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can improve the mood of ICU patients and improve their sleep quality,which is worth our promotion and application.
