分析优质护理服务干预在手术室护理中的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Quality Nursing Service Intervention in Operating Room Nursing and its Influence on Patients′Sleep Quality

目的:分析优质护理服务干预在手术室护理中的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年12月至2021年11月福建省莆田仙游县妇幼保健院收治的手术治疗患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI),采用健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用统计患者下床活动、术后初次肛门排气、住院时间,比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组下床活动和排气时间较早,恢复效率较高,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理中实施优质护理干预可加快患者康复进程,加快患者术后恢复,改善患者围手术期的睡眠质量,提高患者生命质量,提高患者满意度,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of quality nursing service intervention in operating room nursing and its influence on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 120 surgical patients admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xianyou County,Putian County,Fujian Province from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine operation room nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between 2 groups.The MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the changes of life quality before and after intervention in 2 groups,and the patients′ambulation,initial postoperative anal exhaust,and length of hospital stay were counted to compare the nursing satisfaction of 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the observation group got out of bed and exhaust time was earlier,and the recovery efficiency was higher,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than control group,SF-36 score was significantly higher than control group,nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the complication rate was significantly lower than the control groupthe,the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room nursing can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients,speed up the postoperative recovery of patients,improve the perioperative sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the risk of complications,worthy of clinical promotion.
