综合护理干预对髌骨骨折术后患者睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Postoperative Patients with Patellar Fracture

目的:研究将综合护理应用于髌骨骨折患者护理中的效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法:选取2017年9月至2021年5月山东省国欣颐养集团新汶中心医院收治的髌骨骨折患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比2组结果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组疼痛评分术后各时间均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),本研究结果显示,相较于对照组,观察组患者的睡眠质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在进行髌骨骨折患者的临床护理时,选择综合护理干预能够使患者的骨骼状况得到改善,使患者的病情快速恢复,尤其是通过综合护理还能够优化患者的睡眠,改善患者病情。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with patellar fracture and analyze its clinical value.Methods:A total of 50 patients with patellar fracture treated in Xinwen Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang group from September 2017 to may 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and comprehensive nursing was used in the observation group.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower at each time after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of this study showed that compared with the control group,the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of patients with patella fracture,the choice of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the bone condition of patients and quickly recover the condition of patients.Especially,the nursing in the comprehensive room can also optimize the sleep of patients and improve the condition of patients.
