观察经颅磁治疗对精神病患者睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of Transcranial Magnetic Therapy on Sleep in Patients with Psychosis

目的:观察经颅磁治疗对精神病患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年6月云浮市第三人民医院收治的精神病患者66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予经颅磁治疗。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神症状的有无及各项症状的严重程度,采用自制睡眠量表比较2组患者睡眠质量的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组PANSS评分低于对照组,观察组总睡眠时间比对照组长,觉醒次数比对照组少,入睡困难时间、早醒延迟时间、浅睡眠时间、早醒时间比对照组短,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于精神病患者来说,经颅磁治疗效果显著,有利于改善患者精神状态,提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of transcranial magnetic therapy(TMS)on sleep in patients with psychosis.Methods:A total of 66 psychiatric patients admitted to the third People′s Hospital of Yunfu City from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given cranial magnetic therapy.The positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate the severity of psychiatric symptoms and the self-made sleep scale was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between the 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,the total sleep time of the observation group was longer than the control group,the number of awakenings was less than the control group,the difficult time to fall asleep,the early wake delay time,the light sleep time and the early wake time were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with mental illness,transcranial magnetic therapy has significant effect,which is beneficial to improve the mental state of patients,improve the quality of sleep of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
