城市交通路网中心性与零售网点空间布局的关系研究——以济南市区为例

Relationship Between Centrality of Urban Traffic Network and Spatial Layout of Retail Outlets: Taking Ji’nan as an Example

本文基于交通网络矢量数据和兴趣点数据,综合运用多中心性评价模型、核密度估计和地理加权回归模型分析济南市路网中心性与零售网点的空间相关性。结果表明:济南市交通路网中心性与零售网点分布均已呈现明显的多中心结构;路网中心性与零售网点布局之间具有显著的正相关关系;零售网点布局与中介中心性的相关性最强,邻近中心性和直达中心性次之;路网中心性高值区对超市、专卖店和商场的吸引力最大,对家居建材市场的吸引力最小;受地价、消费市场状况、城市设施布局以及其他因素的影响,超市和专卖店的空间布局与路网中心性的相关关系在不同地区存在差异。

Based on the traffic network vector data and interest point data, the spatial correlation between the road network centrality and the retail outlets in Jinan was analyzed by comprehensively using the multi centrality evaluation model, kernel density estimation and geographic weighted regression model. The results show that the centrality of traffic network and the distribution of retail outlets in Jinan have shown an obvious multi center structure. There is a significant positive correlation between the centrality of road network and the layout of retail outlets. The distribution of retail outlets has the strongest correlation with the intermediary centrality, followed by the proximity centrality and direct centrality. The central high-value area of the road network has the greatest attraction to supermarkets, specialty stores and shopping malls, and the least attraction to the home building materials market. Affected by the land price, consumer market conditions, urban facility layout and other factors, the relationship between the spatial layout of supermarkets and specialty stores and the centrality of the road network is different in different regions.
