水环境中精神活性物质检测技术研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着精神活性物质的种类与数量不断增多,精神活性物质的滥用已成为一个全球性问题。当其进入水环境后,可能在水生生物体内蓄积,并随着食物链不断被富集,进而对水生态系统甚至人体健康产生不利影响。本文对水环境中精神活性物质的检测技术进行总结,介绍精神活性物质的水生生态毒性与分析现状,重点阐述液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS)在精神活性物质检测中的相关应用,探讨精神活性物质检测中存在的问题和面临的挑战,并对其发展走向进行展望,以期为我国水环境中精神活性物质污染问题的研究提供参考。 With the increases of variety and quantity for psychoactive substances, the abuse of psychoactive substances has become a global issue. These compounds in environmental waters could be accumulated in aquatic organisms or enriched through the food chain, thereby having adverse effects on the water ecosystem and even human health. In this paper, the analytical technologies of psychoactive substances in environmental waters were summarized in detail. The aquatic ecotoxicity, pretreatment and current analysis techniques of psychoactive substances were introduced, and the applications of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)in the detection of psychoactive substances were focused on. The existential problems and challenges were discussed, and the further developments of the detection of psychoactive substances were prospected. It is expected to provide important references for the study on the pollution of psychoactive substances in environmental waters, and then provide relevant clues for the anti-drug department to crack down on drugs.
