太湖流域平原水网城市生态补水措施研究 被引量:6

Urban ecological water replenishment measures for plain water network in Taihu Lake Basin

摘要 太湖流域独特的平原河网特性决定了其水环境治理和水生态保护的复杂性,为探究生态补水对平原水网中心城区河道流速和水质改善效果,以苏州市古城区为例,基于MIKE模型构建生态补水模型,并模拟3种不同生态补水方案对研究片区水动力和水质的改善程度。结果表明:通过新增补水水源、提升补水水量、增设生态堰坝等生态措施,可优化中心城区多源补水格局,完善补水体系,提升活水保证率,古城区重点河道断面水质均得到有效改善,且大部分提升至Ⅲ类及以上水平,可为改善平原水网中心城区河道水动力创造有利条件。 The unique characteristics of plain water network of Taihu Lake Basin lead to the complexity of its water environment management and water ecological protection.To explore the effect of ecological water replenishment on the improvement of the river flow velocity and water quality in the central urban area of the plain water network,taking the ancient downtown of Suzhou as an example,an ecological water replenishment model was constructed based on the MIKE model,and three different ecological water replenishment schemes were simulated to improve the hydrodynamics and water quality of the study area.The results show that ecological measures such as adding water supply sources,increasing water supply,and building ecological weirs can optimize the multi-source water replenishment pattern in the central urban area,improve the water replenishment system,and increase the guarantee rate of running water.Under the new layout of water replenishment,the water quality of key river sections in the ancient city area has been effectively improved,and most of them are upgraded to water quality standard of ClassⅢor above,which create favorable conditions for improving the hydrodynamics of rivers in the central urban area of the plain water network.
