摘要
石油和天然气作为两种重要的能源,在中国经济社会建设中起着重要的作用,其管道建设工程中的水土流失问题也倍受社会关注。选取1995~2020年中国知网(CNKI)发表的263篇有关油气管道建设水土流失与水土保持的文献,利用CiteSpace软件的关键词共现分析、突变检测等功能,分析中国油气管道建设过程中水土流失与水土保持的热点及发展趋势。结果表明:中国油气管道建设水土流失与水土保持文献产出量分为3个阶段,1995~1999年为起步阶段,2000~2010年为快发展阶段,2011~2020年为平稳发展阶段。发文作者和机构主要以油气管道规划及建设单位、生产建设项目水土保持业务部门为主。长输管道水工保护及环境保护、西气东输管道工程建设生态环境影响、油气管道建设水土流失和边坡稳定性及植被恢复、油气管道水土保持工程、油气管道水土保持监测是不同阶段的重要方向。研究热点主要包括西气东输、长输管道、环境保护、生态环境、植被恢复、防治措施,且不同时段的热点与中国油气管道规划建设与水土保持法律法规的颁布实施密切相关;油气管道的边坡稳定性和水土保持措施是现阶段关注的前沿问题;形成了“对策-预测-监测-措施”为演化路径的水土保持防治措施体系。
Oil and gas,as two important types of energy,play important roles in China's economic and social construction.However,water and soil loss caused by oil and gas pipeline construction has also attracted much attention.Based on the functions of keyword co-occurrence analysis and mutation detection of CiteSpace,263 literatures on soil erosion and soil conservation related to oil and gas pipeline construction were selected from 1995 to 2020 to clarify the hot spots and development trends of soil erosion and soil and water conservation in oil and gas pipeline construction in China.The results show that the literature output of soil erosion and soil conservation in the construction of oil and gas pipelines in China is divided into three stages:1995-1999 is in an initial stage,2000-2010 is a fast development stage,2011-2020 is a stable stage of development.The authors and institutions mainly come from the oil and gas pipeline planning and construction units,production and construction projects water and soil conservation business units.The co-occurrence analysis of keywords shows that the structural protection and environmental protection for long pipelines,the ecological environment impact of the construction of the West-East gas pipeline project,the soil erosion and slope stability and vegetation restoration of oil and gas pipeline construction,the water and soil conservation project of oil and gas pipelines,and the monitoring on water and soil conservation of oil and gas pipelines are important directions at different stages.The research hot spots mainly include the West-East gas transmission,long pipeline,environmental protection,ecological environment,vegetation restoration,prevention and control measures,and the hot spots at different stages are closely related to the planning and construction of oil and gas pipelines in China as well as the promulgation and implementation of laws and regulations on soil and water conservation.The slope stability and soil and water conservation measures of oil and gas pipelines are the cutting-edge issues at this stage.The construction unit has gradually formed a system of water and soil conservation prevention and control measures with countermeasure-prediction-monitoring-measures as the evolutionary path.
