科学技术普及在节水抗旱稻产业化推广中的作用初探

The role of science and technology popularization in commercialization of water-saving and drought-resistance rice(WDR)

科技普及和科技创新是实现创新发展的两翼,科学普及对于科技成果转化为生产力发挥重要的作用。通过系统介绍在节水抗旱稻的产生与发展历程中所涉及的科普活动,提出要加快实现科技成果的产业化推广,必须立足于国家需求与科技创新进展,组建由科学家、农技推广人员和科普工作人员相结合的科普队伍,科普内容注重时效性与实用性,创作丰富有趣的科普作品,因人而异、因地制宜开展多种形式科普活动。

The popularization and innovation of science and technology are the two wings of innovative development.The science and technology popularity plays an important role in the transformation of scientific achievements into productivity.This paper systematically introduces the activities to popularize scientific knowledge in water-saving and drought-resistance rice(WDR)development.To speed up the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,it is very important to learn the national demand and the progresses in scientific and technological innovation,to establish a science popularization team composed of scientists,agricultural technology extension personnels and science popularization staffs,to pay attention to the timeliness and practicality of the science popularization content,to create rich and interesting science popularization works,and to carry out various forms of science popularization activities according to different people and local conditions.
