银耳段木废棒栽培香菇试验初报 被引量:3

Preliminary Report on the Cultivation of Lentinula edodes with Waste Wood Log of Wood Tremella fueiformis

摘要 为了合理利用银耳段木废棒资源,采用塑料大棚层架栽培试验,设置不同比例银耳段木废棒木屑添加量(不替代新木屑、替代1/3新木屑、替代1/2新木屑、替代2/3新木屑、替代全部新木屑),研究其对香菇生物学性状、培养料营养成分和经济效益的影响。结果表明:银耳段木废棒木屑替代1/3新木屑的配方效果最好,菌丝长速为2.91 mm·d^(-1),生物学效率为52.78%,经济效益为13.96元·袋^(-1),较对照分别增加19.26%,6.65%,1.32元·袋^(-1);添加银耳段木废棒可以增加培养料中粗纤维含量,随着香菇的生长发育,培养料中蛋白质含量呈增加趋势,粗纤维和酸性洗涤木质素含量呈下降趋势;拌料后培养基中粗纤维含量与生物学效率、利润显著正相关,相关性系数为0.741,0.889。综上所述,银耳段木废棒的使用促进了香菇的生长,提高了菇农的经济效益。银耳段木废棒木屑资源得到了合理化利用,其最佳用量为替代1/3新木屑。 In order to make rational use of the resources of wood waste log in Lentinula edodes,the experiment was carried out in plas-tic greenhouse with different proportions of Tremella fueiformis waste wood chips sawdust(didn’t replace new sawdust,replaced 1/3 of new sawdust,replaced 1/2 new sawdust,replaced 2/3 new sawdust,replaced all new sawdust),to study the effects of Lentinula edodes on its biological characteristics,nutrient composition of culture materials and economic benefits.The results showed that the application of waste wood log promoted the growth of Lentinula edodes.The treatment of waste wood log sawdust replaced 1/3 of new sawdust had the highest mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency and economic benefits,which were 2.91 mm·d^(-1)and 52.78%and 13.96 Yuan per bag,increased by 19.26%and 6.65%and 1.32 Yuan per bag than the control respectively.With the increase of waste wood log application,the contents of crude fiber in the culture material increased.The content of protein in the culture material was in-creased as Lentinula edodes grew,but the content of crude fiber and acid washing lignin in the culture material decreased.The corre-lation coefficients of the crude fiber content in formula with biological efficiency and profit were 0.741 and 0.889 respectively.In con-clusion,the application of waste wood log promoted the growth of Lentinula edodes and increased economic benefits.In this experi-ment,the optimal proportion of waste wood log was to replace 1/3 of new sawdust.
