沂蒙山区乡村地域多功能特征与发展策略研究

Study on Rural Multifunctional Characteristics and Revitalization Strategy in Yimeng Mountain Area

研究区域的乡村地域多功能对乡村振兴和城乡融合发展具有重要意义。基于此,以沂蒙山区的18个区县作为研究对象,构建农业生产、非农业生产、居住生活和生态保障4类功能指标,采用ArcGIS自然间断点分级法和全局空间自相关分析这4类功能的空间格局特征,采用SPSS中的斯皮尔曼相关系数分析法分析这4类功能间的交互作用,识别出各区县优势功能类型,并对其未来发展提出科学的政策建议。结果表明:沂蒙山区乡村区域多功能在空间分布上具有相对明显的差异性和聚集性;沂蒙山区各个乡村功能之间具有相关性,分析得出各功能的互交关系,为乡村功能调控提供指导;基于功能间的交互作用,找出各区县的优势功能,将沂蒙山区的18个区县划分为8种乡村地域功能类型,并针对性提出充分利用本地资源、调整产业结构、加强耕地保护等科学发展策略。综上,研究结果可为区域协调以及城乡融合发展提供动力。

The multi-function of rural areas in the study area is of great significance to rural revitalization and development and urban-rural integration development. Based on this,as the research object in the 18 counties and districts of Yimeng Mountain area, four functional indicators of agricultural production, non-agricultural production, residential life and ecological security were constructed,and the spatial pattern characteristics of these four functional indicators were analyzed by using ArcGIS natural discontinuity classification method and global spatial autocorrelation analysis. Szpilman correlation coefficient analysis method in SSPS was used to analyze the interaction between these four types of functions, identify the dominant function types of each district and county, and put forward scientific policy suggestions for future development. The results showed that: the spatial distribution of rural multifunction in Yimeng mountain area had obvious difference and aggregation;There was a correlation between the rural functions in Yimeng mountain area.According to spearman correlation coefficient analysis method, the mutual relationship between the various functions was obtained,which provided guidance for the regulation of rural functions. Based on the interaction of functions, the dominant functions of counties were found, and the 18 counties in Yimeng mountain area were divided into 8 types of rural regional functions, put forward some scientific development strategies, such as making full use of local resources, adjusting industrial structure, and strengthening the protection of cultivated land. In conclusion, the research results can provide power for regional coordinated development and urban-rural integrated development.
