摘要
介绍了感应加热技术的加热原理,对比分析了真空和非真空感应熔炼技术的特点以及非真空感应熔炼技术的应用现状,最后介绍了非真空感应炉熔炼技术在非晶/纳米晶母合金、微碳锰铁等合金产品的生产实践情况。
In the paper, the heating principle of induction heating technology is introduced. The technical characteristics of vacuum and non-vacuum induction melting technology and the application status of non-vacuum induction melting technology are compared and analyzed. Finally, the production practice of non-vacuum induction furnace melting technology in amorphous/nanocrystalline master alloy, micro-carbon ferromanganese and other alloy products is introduced.
