摘要
介绍了决策智能辅助系统中的核心模块算法,将冶炼工程中的所有配料、成本优化及调度寻优问题全部归纳为“目标规划模型”进行解决。在实际生产中为了保证最终产品的各项指标,需要对入炉料有相应的要求。如何在市场矿源信息数据中选取适合的冶炼矿原材料,并且做到配矿后的成本最低,是本决策算法解决的问题。
The paper introduces the core module algorithm of intelligent decision-making auxiliary system,and sum-marizes all the proportioning,cost optimization and scheduling optimization problems in smelting engineering into“ob-jective programming model”.In actual production,in order to ensure the indicators of the final product,it is necessary to have corresponding requirements for the charge.How to select suitable smelting ore raw materials from the market ore source information data and achieve the lowest cost after ore blending are the problems solved by the decision algo-rithm.
