摘要
介绍了通过对大型电炉变压器节能与可靠性研究分析,可以提升钢铁行业的节能降耗水平,赋能低碳社会、保护自然资源、推动钢铁行业节能减排。针对变压器进行应用基础研究、新技术开发和试验研究,通过对电场的数值分析与绝缘技术、漏磁场的计算、油流分布计算与温度场仿真计算等方面研究,在变压器的抗突发短路强度、涡流场的损耗计算与试验研究等变压器工程前沿技术的研究与实践方面,为钢铁行业如何提升变压器的节能水平和可靠性提供参考。
Through the research and analysis on the energy saving and reliability of large scale transformer for electric furnace,it can improve the energy saving and consumption reduction level of the iron and steel industry,enable a low-carbon society,protect natural resources and promote energy saving and emission reduction in the iron and steel indus-try.Based on the applied basic research,new technology development and experimental research of transformer,through the numerical analysis of electric field and insulation technology,calculation of magnetic leakage field,calcu-lation of oil flow distribution and simulation calculation of temperature field,and in the research and practice of trans-former engineering cutting-edge technologies such as anti-short circuit strength of transformer,loss calculation and ex-perimental research of eddy current field,it provides a reference for the iron and steel industry on how to improve the energy saving level and reliability of transformers.
