摘要
在混凝土拌合站骨料皮带输送过程中,时常会遇到皮带清洗、更换等问题。基于混凝土拌合站骨料皮带输送过程中的难点问题,进行技术创新,提出了一种混凝土拌合站骨料皮带输送系统,该系统包括:消能落料口结构、传送皮带清洗结构、皮带滚轴可控更换结构等。分析表明,研究系统不但可以降低设备损耗,而且还可以减小对传送皮带损伤;从施工工艺看,研究结构现场实用性强、施工质量优越。
In the process of conveying aggregate belt in concrete mixing station,problems such as belt cleaning and replacement are often encountered.Based on the difficult problems in the process of aggregate belt conveying in concrete mixing station,this paper carries out technical innovation.A kind of aggregate belt conveying system for concrete mixing station is presented.The system includes:energy dissipation discharging mouth structure,conveyor belt cleaning structure,belt roller controllable replacement structure,etc.The analysis shows that the research system can not only reduce the equipment loss,but also reduce the damage to the conveyor belt.From the point of view of construction technology,the research structure site practicability is strong,construction quality is superior.
