摘要
随着胸部CT分辨率的提高以及人工智能的发展,肺结节的检出率明显上升。影像组学是人工智能与大数据的有机融合,在肺结节良恶性鉴别、组织学分型、基因表达、治疗及预后等方面显示出良好的性能。因此,本文就影像组学在肺结节诊断的研究进展进行综述。
With the improvement of chest CT resolution and the development of artificial intelligence,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has increased significantly.Radiomics is an organic fusion of artificial intelligence and big data,and it has shown good performance in differentiate between benign and malignant,histological typing,gene expression,treatment and prognosis of pulmonary nodules.Therefo re,this article reviews the research progress of radiomics in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.
