摘要
目的:研究云南白族民间药小叶石梓的化学成分及抗肿瘤活性,以期为民族药小叶石梓的综合开发利用提供理论和实践依据。方法:将小叶石梓根的乙醇提取液利用不同极性的溶剂进行萃取,通过MTT实验检测这些极性部位对人乳腺癌细胞(MCF7)、人小细胞肺癌细胞(NCI-H446)以及人宫颈癌细胞(Hela229)增殖的影响。结果:乙酸乙酯部位对于3株细胞均具有明显的细胞毒性,IC_(50)分别为(39.79±0.87)、(43.29±0.62)、(41.82±0.37)μg/mL。通过Q-TOF-MS/MS鉴定出乙酸乙酯部位主要成分为芳基酰化的鼠李糖苷类化合物。结论:芳基酰化的鼠李糖苷类化合物为小叶石梓抗肿瘤的有效成分,小叶石梓具有较好的研究前景和应用价值。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and anti-tumor activity of Xiaoyeshizi(Gmelina delavayana P.Dop)from folk medicine of Bai nationality in Yunnan,in order to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of the ethnic medicine.Methods:The ethanol extract of the roots of Xiaoyeshizi(Gmelina delavayana P.Dop)was extracted by different polar solvents.The effects of these polar fractions on the proliferation of human breast cancer cells(MCF7),human small cell lung cancer cells(NCI-H446)and human cervical cancer cells(Hela229)were detected by MTT assay.Results:The ethyl acetate fraction had obvious cytotoxicity to the three cell lines,with IC_(50) of(39.79±0.87),(43.29±0.62)and(41.82±0.37)μg/mL,respectively.The main component of ethyl acetate fraction was identified as aryl acylated rhamnoside compounds by Q-TOF-MS/MS.Conclusion:The aryl acylated rhamnoside compounds are the effective components of the anti-tumor of Xiaoyeshizi(Gmelina delavayana P.Dop),and it has a good research prospect and application value.
