水浴温度对广藿香中百秋李醇含量测定的影响

Effect of Water Bath Temperature on the Determination of Patchouli Alcohol in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon Cablin)

目的:探讨不同水浴温度对广藿香中百秋李醇含量测定的影响。方法:按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》气相色谱法测定不同水浴温度(60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃、100℃及100℃蒸干后再蒸1 h)条件下广藿香中百秋李醇的含量。结果:在不同水浴温度条件下,广藿香中百秋李醇含量测得结果分别为0.6294、0.6203、0.6078、0.4111、0.3330、0.0000 mg/mL。随着水浴温度的升高,广藿香中百秋里醇含量呈下降的趋势。结论:广藿香含量测定法中“回收溶剂至干”水浴温度应设置为60℃,回收溶剂后应立即取出,可以减少百秋李醇的损失。

Objective:To study the effect of different water bath temperature on the determination of Patchouli alcohol in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon Cablin).Methods:According to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,2020 Edition,the content of Patchouli alcohol in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon Cablin)was determined by Gas chromatography under different water bath temperature at 60℃,70℃,80℃,90℃,100℃and 100℃for 1 more hour.Results:Under the condition of drying at 60℃,70℃,80℃,90℃,100℃and 100℃for 1 more hour,the contents of Patchouli alcohol in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon Cablin)were 0.6294 mg/mL,0.6203 mg/mL,0.6078 mg/mL,0.4111 mg/mL,0.3330 mg/mL and 0.0000 mg/mL,respectively.With the increase of water bath temperature,the contents of Patchouli alcohol in Guanghuoxiang(Pogostemon Cablin)showed a downward trend.Conclusion:The water bath temperature is set to 60℃with the recover solvent to dry,and the solvent should be taken out immediately after recovery,then it can reduce the loss of Patchouli alcohol.
