四子散热熨腹部腧穴预防及改善COPD无创通气患者腹胀症状及生活质量的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Sizi San Hot Pack on Abdominal Acupoints to Prevent and Improve Abdominal Distension Symptoms and Quality of Life in Patients with COPD with Noninvasive Ventilation

目的:探究四子散热熨神阙穴对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)无创通气患者腹胀症状及生活质量的影响。方法:将我院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的COPD无创通气的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用四子散热熨神阙穴,对照组只行常规治疗,对两组患者临床治疗资料进行对比分析,观察四子散热熨对患者的影响。结果:治疗组患者腹胀发生率为13.3%(4/30),明显低于对照组的60.0%(18/30)(P<0.05)。两组患者在腹围方面时间因素与分组因素存在交互效应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不同时间点腹围比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即存在时间效应,两组均如此,随着治疗时间的延长,两组患者腹围均逐渐减小;两组患者腹围整体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即存在分组效应,治疗第3、4、5天两组患者腹围比较,治疗组患者腹围均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:四子散热熨神阙穴能显著降低COPD无创通气患者腹胀发生率,明显改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Sizi San hot-pack on Shenque(RN8)on abdominal distension symptoms and quality of life in patients with COPD noninvasive ventilation.Methods:60 patients with COPD treated by noninvasive ventilation in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with Sizi San hot-pack on Shenque(RN 8),and the control group was treated with routine treatment only.The clinical treatment data of the two groups were compared and analyzed to observe the impact of Sizi San hot-pack on patients.Results:The incidence of abdominal distension in the treatment group was 13.3%(4/30),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 60.0%(18/30)(P<0.05).There was an interactive effect between time factors and grouping factors in abdominal circumference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in abdominal circumference at different time points after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a time effect in both groups.With the extension of treatment time,the abdominal circumference of patients in both groups gradually decreased;The difference in abdominal circumference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a grouping effect.On the 3^(rd),4^(th) and 5^(th) day of treatment,the abdominal circumference of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sizi San hot-pack on Shenque(RN 8)can significantly reduce the incidence of abdominal distension and improve the quality of life of patients with COPD.
