芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Qiliqiangxin Capsule on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:本研究选择196例慢性心力衰竭患者,均为2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治的,选取的患者被平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用常规治疗,以对照组为基础,观察组口服芪苈强心胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组的治疗有效率为87.76%,与之比较,观察组的治疗有效率96.94%更高,差异在统计学上有意义,P<0.05;治疗后,两组患者心功能指标得到了明显的改善,且观察组患者相较于对照组明显更优,P<0.05;治疗4周、12周后两组患者的中医症候积分明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者相较于对照组明显更低,P<0.05;观察组的不良反应率为7.14%,对照组的不良反应率为16.33%,观察组明显更低,差异在统计学上有意义,P<0.05。结论:针对慢性心力衰竭患者采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗能明显改善患者的心功能,从而提高患者的治疗有效率,且不良反应发生率较低。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin Capsule on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:In this study,196 patients with chronic heart failure were selected,all of whom were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.The selected patients were equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group took Qiliqiangxin Capsule on the basis of the former to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The treatment effective rate of the control group was 87.76%,while the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.94%,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.After treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.After 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.14%,and that of the control group was 16.33%;the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of Qiliqiangxin capsules for patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve the heart function of the patients,thereby increasing the effective rate of treatment for the patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low.
