产妇使用子宫球囊支架辅以全程护理的干预效果研究

Study on the intervention effect of using uterine balloon stent and whole course nursing for parturients

目的:产妇使用子宫球囊支架辅以全程护理的干预效果研究。方法:纳入2019年1月至2020年11月间于本院接受子宫球囊支架治疗的92例产后出血产妇为研究病例,根据产妇床位号奇偶性以及个人意愿,划分为对照组、干预组,各包含46例;对照组接受基础性护理,干预组接受全程护理;记录并比对两组产妇产后24h出血量、子宫切除率、再次手术率、住院时间以及护理后的生活质量评分。结果:干预组产妇产后24h出血量、子宫切除率、再次手术率、住院时间相关数据均小于对照组,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05);干预组产妇护理后的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:产后出血产妇在子宫球囊支架治疗期间辅以全程护理,可优化止血效果,降低患者子宫切除与再次手术风险,有利于患者早期康复并获取更好的生活质量。

Objective:To study the intervention effect of using uterine balloon stent and whole course nursing for parturient.Methods:92 cases of postpartum hemorrhage women who received uterine balloon stent treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were included as study cases.According to the parity of the maternal bed number and personal wishes,they were divided into control group and intervention group.Each included 46 cases;the control group received basic care,and the intervention group received full care;recorded and compared the 24h postpartum blood loss,hysterectomy rate,reoperation rate,hospital stay and quality of life scores after nursing between the two groups.Results:The 24h postpartum blood loss,hysterectomy rate,reoperation rate,and length of stay in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and statistical differences were seen between the groups(P<0.05);the intervention group’s quality of life after nursing The scores were higher than those of the control group,and statistical differences were seen between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In postpartum hemorrhage mothers with uterine balloon stent treatment,supplemented with full nursing care,can optimize the hemostatic effect,reduce the risk of hysterectomy and reoperation,and help patients recover early and obtain a better quality of life.
