无痛护理管理模式在多发骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of painless nursing management mode in patients with multiple fractures

目的:探讨无痛护理管理模式在多发骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月至2020年10月接收的200例多发骨折患者,随机分为对照组(100例,予以常规护理管理模式)和无痛组(100例,在对照组基础上予以无痛护理管理模式)。比较两组患者护理干预前后的疼痛评分、睡眠质量、心理状态及满意度。结果:经护理干预后,两组患者的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分及焦虑、抑郁评分均比干预前降低,且无痛组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无痛组患者的总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛护理管理模式可明显减轻多发骨折患者的疼痛程度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of painless nursing management mode in patients with multiple fractures.Methods:200 patients with multiple fractures in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group(100 cases were given routine nursing management mode)and painless group(100 cases were given painless nursing management mode on the basis of the control group).The pain score,sleep quality,psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of pain,sleep quality,anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,especially in the painless group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of painless group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless nursing management mode can obviously reduce the pain degree of patients with multiple fractures,and has clinical application value.
