摘要 CCS是未来实现二氧化碳净零排放目标的重要手段之一,然而现阶段该技术发展面临一定困境。为更好应对在中国现有资源条件下发展CCS枢纽和集群模式的多重挑战,通过分析CCS枢纽和集群模式现状,得出CCS枢纽和集群模式具有实现集中捕集、提升效率、以规模化降低捕集成本、集中进行净化及液化等优势,但同时也存在前期投资大,需多方合作以及较强依赖政府支持等劣势相关结论。作为负碳技术的代表,CCS在未来将扮演越来越重要的角色,提出中国应加快CCS枢纽和集群模式的全流程技术合作、跨行业和跨区域合作,对规范体系建设和财政补贴等方面建议。 CCS(carbon capture and storage)is one of the key ways of achieving the net zero emission of CO_(2) in future,but the progress of such technology is in a dilemma.In order to better cope with the multiple challenges of developing CCS hubs and clusters based on the existing resources in China,by analyzing the current situation of CCS hubs and clusters,it is concluded that CCS hubs and clusters enjoy the advantages of realizing centralized capture,improving efficiency,reducing capture cost by scale,and centralized purification and liquefaction.Meanwhile,the conclusion indicates it exists weakness of large investment at earlier stage,multiple cooperation and heavy reliance on government.As the representative of negative carbon technology,CCS will play an increasingly important role in future.It is suggested China should step up efforts to engage in the whole-process technology cooperation of the model of CCS hubs and clusters,conduct cross-industrial and cross-regional coordination and standardize system and financial subsidy.
