空心抽油杆杆式电加热技术在高含蜡井的应用

摘要 机采井清防蜡是采油工程基础管理中一项十分重要的工作,合理的清防蜡措施是保障油井正常生产的必要手段。针对高含蜡原油开采过程中存在的井下结蜡严重、易卡井、热洗频繁等问题,应用空心抽油杆杆式电加热技术,利用电磁加热和电缆通电产生的热能对油套环形空间中的原油加热,使原油温度升高,防止原油中的蜡晶析出,提高原油流动性。解决高含蜡井易卡井、频繁热洗的技术难题,达到油井增产、增效的目的。 Wax removal and control in mechanical production wells is a very important work in the basic management of oil production engineering.Reasonable wax removal and control measures are necessary to ensure the normal production of oil wells.In view of the problems existing in the exploitation of high waxy crude oil such as serious wax deposition,easy sticking and frequent hot washing,rod electric heating technology of the hollow sucker is applied to heat the crude oil in the annular space of the oil jacket by using the heat energy generated by the electric heating cable so as to raise the crude oil temperature,prevent the precipitation of wax crystals in the crude oil and improve the crude oil fluidity,which solves the technical problems mentioned above and achieves the purpose of increasing production and efficiency of oil wells.
