摘要
近年来,反渗透技术作为脱盐技术的核心,已经广泛应用于多个水处理领域。反渗透系统的设计与投资费用、运行费用和能耗等均有直接关系。通过陶氏设计软件WAVE模拟了给水压力、温度、给水含盐量对膜组件工作性能的影响,并结合工程案例,对比了两种设计方案的能耗情况,结果表明能耗随给水温度的增加而减小,随给水含盐量的增加而增加,且在反渗透膜浓缩的过程中,增加同级反渗透的段数,可以提高系统回收率并降低能耗。
In recent years,as the core of desalination technology,reverse osmosis system has been widely used in multiple water treatment fields.The design of the reverse osmosis system is directly related to capital cost,operation cost and energy consumption.The effects of feed pressure,temperature and concentration on the performance of membrane modules were simulated using Dow design software-WAVE.Additionally,according to engineering cases,the energy consumption of the two proposals haves been compared.The results showed that the energy consumption decreased with the increase in feed temperature,and increased with the increase of feed concentration.Moreover,during concentration,increasing the number of reverse osmosis stages at the same pass could improve the recovery rate and reduce the energy consumption of the whole system.
