摘要
针对宁波市某电动车生产企业的涂装废水特点,采用Fenton氧化-混凝对喷漆废水预处理后,与电泳废水混合,再进行混凝-水解酸化-生物接触氧化处理。工程实践表明,该工艺可有效处理涂装废水,出水满足《工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值》(DB 33/887-2013)和《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)三级标准,同时满足企业内控标准。
Based on the characteristics of coating wastewater from an electric bicycle manufacturer in Ningbo,the spray paint wastewater was pretreated by Fenton oxidation and coagulation.Then mixed with electrophoresis wastewater,and treated by coagulation,hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidation.The engineering practice showed that the process could effectively treat the coating wastewater,so that the effluent quality could reach the Indirect discharge for emission limitation of nitrogen and phosphorus for industrial wastewater(DB 33/887-2013)and the level3 class criteria specified in the Integrated wastewater discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),and at the same time meet the enterprise internal control standards.
