摘要
[目的/意义]对我国高校图书馆员版权素养现状进行调研与分析,了解当前国内高校图书馆员的版权知识能力并且从中发现问题,为以后的高校图书馆员版权素养教育提供参考和指引。[方法/过程]采用文献调研法分析国内外学者对版权素养相关研究重点与热点,针对我国高校图书馆员采用问卷调查法收集版权素养调研数据,并展开分析和讨论。[结果/结论]研究结果发现,我国高校图书馆员的版权素养比预期偏低,急需有针对性和指导性的版权指南和版权教育。提出以下几条对策:开展全面有针对性的版权培训;开发版权教育的学习方式框架;丰富特色LIS教育课程;培养具有法学背景的复合型馆员;建立多方合作与国际合作。
[Purpose/significance]This article aims to investigate and analyze the status quo of copyright literacy of Chinese librarians at academic libraries,to understand the current copyright knowledge ability of Chinese librarians at academic libraries and discover problems from it,so as to provide reference and guidance for future copyright literacy education of Chinese librarians at academic libraries.[Methods/process]The literature research method is used to analyze the key points and hotspots of domestic and foreign scholars on copyright literacy research,and the questionnaire survey method is used to collect copyright literacy research data for Chinese university librarians,and specific analysis and discussion are carried out.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the copyright literacy of college librarians in China is lower than expected,and there is an urgent need for targeted and instructive copyright guidelines and copyright education.The following countermeasures are put forward:carrying out comprehensive and targeted copyright training;developing the framework of learning mode of copyright education;enriching the LIS education course with rich characteristics;cultivating compound librarians with legal background and finally establishing multi-party cooperation and international cooperation.
