社会科学视角下我国网络安全研究的脉络、热点与趋势分析

The Historical Context Hotspots and Frontier Analysis of Cyber Security of China in the perspective of Social Science

[目的/意义]理清社会科学视角下我国网络安全研究的脉络和前沿趋势。[方法/过程]以1998-2020年间共计2021篇网络安全研究的CSSCI期刊论文为研究对象,从基本状况、演化脉络、研究热点、研究前沿四个方面探究我国网络安全研究的概况。[结果/结论]结果表明:从发文量看,我国网络安全研究经历了起步阶段、发展阶段、快速增长期、新时期四个阶段,高等院校在研究中占据主导地位;从研究的脉络看,网络安全的研究内容、视角、选题逐步深化。信息安全与网络安全、网络舆情与网络治理、网络主权与网络强国是我国网络安全研究的热点问题,研究的前沿趋势主要聚焦在个人信息、网络空间治理、网络意识形态、互联网治理、政治安全等领域。如何充分反映用户的需求,满足不同层次、不同类型的用户需求,成为后续研究值得关注的问题;如何探究、构建和维护国家信息安全,还有待进一步的理论指导。在情报学领域,如何准确识别舆情动态,分析网络用户的行为,建立舆情信息的统筹和应急机制,成为后续研究的重要关注点。

[Purpose/significance]This article aims to sort out the historical context and frontier of cyber security in the perspective of social science.[Method/process]Taking 2021 CSSCI papers in 1998-2020 about cyber security as research samples,this paper explored the research distribution of cyber security from four aspects of basic situation,historical context,hotspots and frontier trend.[Result/conclusion]From the number of literatures,cyber security can be divided into four stages,namely,the initial stage,the develop stage,the rapidly growth stage and the new stage.In addition,universities and colleges occupy a leading position in this research area.From the historical context,the content,perspective,and topic of cyber security are gradually depended.The research hotspots mainly focused on information security and cyber security,online public opinion and network governance,cyber sovereignty and power.The research frontier mainly included several aspects,such as personal information,cyberspace governance,cyber ideology,internet governance,political security and other fields.It is considered that how to fully reflect the needs of users and realize the needs of different levels and types of users has become the focus of follow-up research;How to explore,build and maintain the national information security needs further theoretical guidance;In the field of information science,how to accurately identify the dynamics of public opinion,analyze the behavior of network users,and achieve the coordination and emergency mechanism of public opinion information has become an important issue in the follow-up research.
