摘要
以苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为原料,制备了一种新型热增粘聚合物P(SDN)。以聚合物溶液的表观粘度变化值为指标,采用响应面法进行试验方案的设计及回归模型的建立,优化了聚合物的合成工艺条件,确定较佳工艺条件为:引发剂用量0.27%,疏水单体加量占单体总质量的2.25%,反应温度67.5℃。聚合物的结构和热稳定性经FT-IR和TG表征。结果表明:P(SDN)有助于补偿因温度升高而导致的水泥浆连续降粘,并在较宽的温度范围内(40~150℃)维持水泥浆的稠度稳定。
Using sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS),N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA)and N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP)as raw materials,a new thermal tackifying polymer P(SDN)was prepared.Taking the apparent viscosity change of the polymer solution as the index,the response surface method was used to design the test plan and establish the regression model,and the synthesis process conditions of the polymer were optimized.The added amount of hydrophobic monomer accounted for 2.25%of the total monomer mass,and the reaction temperature was 67.5℃.The structure and thermal stability of the polymers were characterized by FT-IR and TG.The results show that P(SDN)helps to compensate for the continuous viscosity reduction of cement slurry due to temperature increase,and maintain the consistency of cement slurry in a wide temperature range(40~150℃).
