临床药师干预带量采购药品使用成效分析

Analysis on effectiveness of clinical pharmacists intervention on the consumption of drugs with volume-based procurement

目的探讨临床药师干预带量采购药品规范使用的效果。方法选取第1批第1轮药品带量采购为主要研究对象,在药品带量采购执行期间,临床药师采取多种措施干预药品带量采购的规范使用,观察干预过程中带量采购药品的使用完成情况。结果第1批第1轮药品带量采购完成约定采购量,后续批次的药品带量采购工作也取得了良好的成果。结论药品带量采购是一项惠国利民工程,临床药师采取有效的干预措施,可促进药品带量采购工作的顺利完成,发挥着重要的作用。

Objective To explore the clinical pharmacists,interventions on standardized use of drugs with volume-based procurement,and analyze the influence of clinical pharmacists on standardized drug use.Methods The first round of the first batch of drug volume purchasing was selected as the main research object,clinical pharmacists took various measures to intervene the use of rugs with volume-based procurement and observed the consumption of drugs with volume-based procurement during the intervention process during the execution of drug Volume Purchasing.Results The agreed purchase quantity of the first round of the first batch of drug volume purchasing was reached,and good results had also been achieved in the following batches of drug volume purchasing.Conclusion Drug volume purchasing is a project to benefit the nation and the people,clinical pharmacists took effective interventions to promote the completion of drug volume purchasing.Clinical pharmacists play an important role in rational and standardized drug use.
