从“筋”论刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的思路探析

Exploration and Analysis of Lumbar Back Myofascitis Treated by Acupuncture Based on Meridian Tendons Theory

腰背肌筋膜炎(LBM)的治疗方法较多,常规针刺在本病的治疗中因疗效确切、无毒副作用等优势而被广泛应用,但取穴上多以阿是穴为主且主观性较强,缺乏规范性和统一性。本研究基于经筋理论,引入现代解剖学及软组织生物力学原理,提出“辨筋论治”的治则和“从筋论刺”的治法,以“结”“聚”点、阳性反应点及神经末梢交汇点为腧辨“点”论治,探析从“筋”论刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床价值,以期为针灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎提供新的思路。

The treatment methods of lumbar back myofascitis is very abundant.Routine acupuncture is widely used in the treatment of this disease because of its definite curative effect and non-toxic side effects.However,most of the selected acupoints are Ashi acupoints with strong subjectivity and lack of standardization and unity.Based on the theory of meridian tendon,this study introduces the principles of modern anatomy and soft tissue bio⁃mechanics,and puts forward the treatment principle of“differentiating tendons”and the treatment method of“dis⁃cussing acupuncture from tendons”,taking“knot”and“gathering”point,positive reaction point and nerve endings intersection point as acupoint differentiation,to explore the clinical value of acupuncture in the treatment of lum⁃bar back myofascitis from“tendon”,in order to provide a new idea for acupuncture treatment of lumbar back myo⁃fascitis.
