苇茎汤加味治疗支气管扩张症急性加重期的临床观察

Effect of Jiawei Weijing Decoction on Acute Exacerbation of Bronchiectasis

目的观察苇茎汤加味治疗支气管扩张症急性加重期效果及对红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法患者72例随机分为两组,对照组患者予西医基础治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上采用苇茎汤加味治疗。两组均治疗10 d后观察临床疗效、主要症状评分、RDW、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平和不良反应发生率。结果两组的咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难症状评分较治疗前均有下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的RDW、PCT、CRP水平较治疗前均有下降(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05)。结论苇茎汤加味治疗支扩急性加重期效果良好,对改善患者的临床症状、降低PCT、CRP和RDW水平具有良好效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiawei Weijing Decoction on acute exacerbation of bronchiecta⁃sis and its influence on red cell distribution width(RDW).Methods:A total of 72 patients with acute bronchiec⁃tasis admitted were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while pa⁃tients in the observation group were treated with Jiawei Weijing Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the con⁃trol group.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,main symptom score,RDW,procalcitonin(PCT),C-re⁃active protein(CRP)levels and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results:The scores of symptoms of cough,expectoration,and dyspnea after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of RDW,PCT and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the ob⁃servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Weijing De⁃coction has a good effect in treating acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis and has a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients and reducing the levels of PCT,CRP and RDW.
