中药复方治疗胃食管反流病作用机制探讨

Mechanism of Chinese Medicine Compound Prescriptions in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病(GERD)是以反流和烧心为典型症状的一种疾病,具有难治愈、易反复的特点,极大地影响着患者的生命质量。其发生发展受到多种因素的影响,尤其是精神心理因素影响,在生活节奏日益加快的当下,其发病率有明显的上升趋势。目前西医治疗主要以控制症状、减少并发症为目标,采用抑酸药、促胃动力药等治疗,但疗效有限。而中药复方可以进行个体化、多靶点治疗,疗效得到了广泛的验证。现就中药复方治疗GERD的机制进行综合阐述,主要包括减少食管下括约肌一过性松弛、降低食管敏感性、减少炎症反应、缓解焦虑抑郁4大方面。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),showing typical reflux and heartburn symptoms,seriously affects the quality of life because it is difficult to be cured and easy to reoccur.The occurrence and development of GERD are affected by many factors,especially the psychological factors.The incidence of this disease shows a noteworthy upward trend with the accelerating pace of life.Western medical therapies using acid suppressants and gastroprokinetic agents mainly aim at relieving symptoms and complications,with limited efficacy.Chinese medicine compound prescriptions can offer individualized and multi-target therapy,with widely verified therapeutic effect.By reviewing the research progress,we comprehensively described the mechanisms of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions in the treatment of GERD in this paper,which included reducing the transient relaxation of lower esophageal sphincter,esophageal sensitivity to acid,inflammatory response,anxiety,and depression.
