我国现代职业教育体系建设的审视与展望--基于“姜大源之问”的思考

摘要 职业教育经历了从“层次”到“类型”的根本性跨越,现代职业教育体系建设取得了丰硕成果。基于姜大源先生对现代职业教育体系的理性追问,聚焦于“类型”“层次”“衔接”三个维度,有助于以结构化视角审视近十年来我国现代职业教育体系建设的成效。而展望未来,需要提升构建现代职业教育体系的意识自觉、加强现代职业教育体系构建的范式支撑、明确系统协同的现代职业教育体系研究取向。 Vocational education has experienced a fundamental leap from "level" to "type", and the construction of modern vocational education system has achieved fruitful results. Based on Mr. Jiang dayuan’s rational questioning of modern vocational education system, this paper focuses on three dimensions of "type", "level" and "connection",which is helpful to examine the achievements of China’s modern vocational education system construction in the past decade from a structural perspective. Looking into the future, it is necessary to enhance the consciousness of constructing modern vocational education system, strengthen the paradigm support of constructing modern vocational education system, and clarify the research orientation of modern vocational education system with system coordination.
