摘要
为充分发挥实践育人在“立德树人”中的重要价值,基于OBE理念,充分利用红色文化资源,紧扣整体设计、主体内生动力提升、协同合作等育人成效提升的关键点,以成果为导向实现内容、形式和过程“三重逻辑”相统一,基本解决当前高职院校红色文化实践育人中“理实脱节、形散神散、成效不高”的现实问题,探索形成系统化、层次化、立体化的“1234”高职院校红色文化实践育人模式,旨在增强实践育人的整体性、针对性、科学性、可操作性和有效性,为学生搭建以“红”为底色的理论、思想、能力全方位提升的成长成才平台,培育时代新人。
In order to give full play to the important value of practical education in fostering virtue through education,based on the OBE concept, we should make full use of red culture resources, closely follow the key points of improving the effectiveness of education, such as overall design, the improvement of endogenous power of the students, collaboration and cooperation, and take results as the guide to realize the unity of "triple logic" of content, form and process, so as to basically solve the current practical problems of "disjointed theory and reality, scattered form and spirit, and low effectiveness" of red culture practical education in higher vocational colleges, and to explore a systematic, hierarchical and three-dimensional "1234" red culture practical education mode, aiming to enhance the integrity, pertinence, scientificity, operability and effectiveness of practical education, building a platform for students to grow and become talents with "Red" as the background, and comprehensively improving their theories, thoughts and abilities, and cultivating the new generation of the era.
