摘要
柬埔寨近年来实施了系列工业发展和促进就业的政策,但劳动力平均受教育年限较短、技术技能水平较低,影响了产业发展和就业质量。为此,柬埔寨政府发布规划,从提升质量、促进公平、强化与利益相关者的战略合作、完善治理体系等多个方面推进职业教育改革,培养满足工业发展的技术技能人才。中柬两国也需要通过完善校企合作机制、搭建教育合作框架、创新教育合作机制等举措,推进中国-柬埔寨职业教育合作向着更深层次的方向不断发展。
In recent years, Cambodia has implemented a series of industrial development and employment promotion policies, but the average length of education of the labor force is short and the level of technical skills is low, which affects the industrial development and employment quality. The Cambodian government has issued a plan to promote the reform of vocational education in many aspects, such as improving quality, promoting fairness, strengthening strategic cooperation with stakeholders, and improving the governance system, so as to cultivate technical and skilled personnel to meet industrial development. Therefore, China and Cambodia need to improve the school enterprise cooperation mechanism, build the education cooperation framework,innovate the education cooperation mechanism and other measures to promote the further development of China Cambodia vocational education cooperation.
