摘要
将成功数据包络分析方法应用于基础机电产品的应用验证中,可利用成功数据包络分析对应用验证中涉及的研制阶段、使用阶段及验证阶段的关键特性的可量化数据进行分析,给出待验产品的成功数据包络范围,并通过包络分析查找产品存在的薄弱环节与质量风险。研究并提出了应用验证中成功数据包络分析的数据对象、分析流程,针对典型特性成功数据包络进行了详细的分析,并选择典型产品的装配工艺验证开展了成功数据包络分析的应用。
The use of successful data envelopment analysis in basic electromechanical product application is studied in this paper.The key quantifiable data of product development stage,using stage and application stage is analyzed by the method of successful data envelopment analysis.Based on the analysis results,the quality data envelopment range is given,and the weak links and quality risks of products are analyzed.This paper studies the data object and analysis process of successful envelopment analysis in application verification.The type features of envelopment analysis are considered in detail.The installation process data of the typical product is selected to conduct research of successful data envelopment.
