Research on the Practice of Six Sigma Method in Foreign Military Industry

针对六西格方法在国外军工领域的有效应用情况,通过对美国国防部、美国国家航空航天局(NASA)等组织,以及雷神公司、洛克西德·马丁公司(洛马公司)等企业实施六西格玛的现状进行总结,综合分析了六西格玛方法在国外军工领域应用的经验和特点,可以为我国军工行业实施六西格玛方法提供借鉴。

In view of the effective application of Six Sigma method in the foreign military industry,this paper comprehensively analyzes the application of Six Sigma method in the field of the foreign military industry,through the summary of the current situation of implementing Six Sigma in organizations such asthe U.S.Department of Defense,National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)and enterprises such as Raytheon,Lockheed Martin,etc.It may provide some references for the implementation of Six Sigma method in our military industry.
