腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术治疗生育期子宫脱垂的疗效及对患者术后性功能的影响

Efficacy of laparoscopic high sacral ligament suspension combined with cervical resection in the treatment of reproductive uterine prolapse and its influence on postoperative sexual function

目的 探究腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术治疗生育期子宫脱垂的疗效及对患者性功能的影响。方法 选取2018年4月至2021年2月于本院接受治疗的80例生育期子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用经阴道骶棘韧带固定术治疗法,观察组采用腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术治疗,比较两组并发症发生情况、性功能评分及临床疗效。结果 观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组性功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术治疗子宫脱垂疗效显著,可降低患者并发症发生率,改善性功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic high sacral ligament suspension combined with cervical resection in the treatment of uterine prolapse during the reproductive period and its effect on sexual function. Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine prolapse during reproductive period who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transvaginal sacrospinous ligament fixation, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic high sacral ligament suspensioncombined with cervical resection, the incidence of complications, sexual function scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The sexual function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 72.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic high sacral ligament suspension combined with cervical resection in the treatment of uterine prolapse has significant efficacy, which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve sexual function, and it is worthy of clinical application.
